Funding arranged for a business based in the West Midlands specialising in the design, printing and installation of high-quality wide format signage.
Introduced to us by supplier CMYUK Ltd, who we’ve worked with for over 10 years, supplying competitive and flexible finance facilities to their clients, the company had a requirement to increase its finishing and material handling capacity.
The new JWEI cutting table revolutionises the company’s finishing department, as all cutting of printed substrate used to be completed by hand on traditional cutting benches. The new machine allows all production to be automated and kept in-house to ensure the finishing department is able to meet demand from the press room.
In addition, the new Carousel provides further efficiencies within the press room, allowing for a large number of rolls of blank media to be safely stored whilst being easily accessible to the print minders.

Terms: Hire Purchase – 48 months repayment period, two months VAT deferral

Finance secured for an Essex-based client, (initially introduced to us by CMYUK Ltd), involved in design, printing and installation of roller banners, exhibition and indoor displays, flags, outdoor displays and replacement graphics.
The wide range of products are all produced in-house, to optimise control and profitability.
Following our meeting at a recent CMYUK open house, where the client placed an order for the new EFI FabriVu, they subsequently informed us that they wanted to buy an additional Zund cutting table.
The acquisition of both machines enables the client to increase both printing and finishing capacity, replacing an existing machine which had become unreliable and creating print quality issues.
The purchase has the additional benefit of updating some of the dated technology, while also improving margins and reducing ink costs.

NEW JWEI J-Cut Pro 2131 Cutting Table

Terms: Hire Purchase, 5% low deposit and 60 months repayment period

Investment finalised for a Kent-based company involved in the production of signs and graphics, from initial design and artwork through to finished print and installation.
There was a requirement to replace an existing 10-year old cutter, with its smaller sheet size with the new JWEI, supplied by CMYUK.
Operating at twice the speed and with auto tool changing and improved software, the new cutting table allows the business to complete jobs previously needing hand finishing, thereby reducing costs and improving post print production output.
