Exciting new opportunity for a Business Development Manager – Position now filled

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a confident, articulate, and personable individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.

The role includes targeting, and on occasions travelling, to meet prospective customers and sourcing new prospects in specific industry sectors.

Existing asset sales or telesales experience would be preferable to fulfil this role, however training will be provided where necessary.

Experience working within a particular industry, or a Financial Services background, would be an advantage, as our clients expect a sound understanding of their business and CapEx.

SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Asset finance or asset sales professional preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in new business origination
  • Excellent communication and ‘people skills’ with a strong networking ability
  • Business sense, initiative, and enthusiasm
  • Good report, presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Competent in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
